Can I return a phone?

Yes. You may return an unused phone in its original sealed box within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind. Opened or activated devices are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

All genuine devices come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. If you receive a faulty phone, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund based on the manufacturer's policy.

Are accessories and opened items returnable?

For hygiene and security reasons, opened accessories, screen protectors, and SIM tools cannot be returned unless they are defective. Please check items before opening the packaging.
